Brief Introduction:
The Final Drive reducer gearbox is the last component in the Power
Train with undercarriage drive system, producing the final speed
reduction and torque increase.
Attributes: Heavy Duty Final Drives are designed to be rebuilt and
reused.The belowing following gear components are included in the
final drive: sun gear, planetary gear, carrier, ring gear, hub,
motor housing, needle bearing, roller bearing, seal.

The travel motor consists of the following parts:
(1) Rotating mechanism: It is composed of output shaft, bushing,
gasket, cylinder, center spring, cylinder block, pressure plate,
sliding shoe and piston shoe.
(2) Brake valve mechanism: It is composed of a balance valve and a
safety replenishing valve.
(3) Parking brake: It is composed of friction disc, separation
disc, brake piston, brake spring, pin and pressure release valve.
(4) Variable mechanism: It is composed of variable servo valve,
one-way valve, piston, and rod. The direction of travel is
different, the oil from the main pump enters the motor through
different oil ports, and is discharged from different oil ports.
The oil leaking from the clearance of the sliding friction pair
into the motor housing returns to the hydraulic oil tank through
the front end cover of the motor and the oil drain port.
